Obligato to open second LI location

Obligato, a women’s clothing and accessories brand, will soon be opening its second Long Island location.
The retailer’s newest store will be a 485-square-foot space at 11B Washington St. in Sag Harbor, which it plans to open by April 1.
Obligato has other locations in East Hampton and Knoxville, Tenn.
“We are looking forward to our expansion within the Hamptons come April,” Patty Baer, Obligato’s owner, said in a written statement. “Sag Harbor Village is the perfect fit for us, and we can’t wait to open.”
Obligato was self-represented in the Sag Harbor lease transaction, while Joshua Roth served as in-house representative for landlord Manhattan Skyline Management.
